We had a such wonderful stay in Lucca near to the city walls of Lucca, Lucca, and old town. The staff was very really helpful. It was in a magnificent and stunning place...

The location of the apartment is perfect, as it is within walking distance to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants in the city center of Lucca. You won't have to worry about transportation as everything is close by.

There is one downside to consider. Some guests have mentioned that the beds are a bit too hard for their liking.

Thanks for really great stay, having setting close to all sights. The place is near to the open garden as well as central Lucca. The employees working here are friendly. In general rooms are lovely with comfy bed.

The room was reasonably spacious and had a bath. The kitchenette was complete with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

We had a fantastic stay near the beautiful open garden, main shops, and the city center, and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive.

I had a perfect stay at Residenza Degli Artisti. the apartment was super new and spacious, perfect for our group of four. the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. the location was amazing, just a short walk to the city center of Lucca. the host, Alessia, was fantastic and provided us with all the necessary information in a timely manner. the apartment was also very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff even allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. the sauna was a great feature that added a touch of luxury to our stay.

One major drawback was the lack of a full-sized oven in the kitchen. Although the gas hobs worked fine, it would have been more convenient to have an oven for cooking meals.

The apartment at Residenza Degli Artisti was so cozy and homey. It had a living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging around and watching TV. I loved having a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area. It made me feel like I had my own little home in Lucca. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch. It added a touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition. It was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't use the microwave in the apartment. It wasn't a big deal for me, but others might find it useful.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this incredible apartment. It was mind-blowingly huge, with jaw-droppingly spacious rooms and two bathrooms that were perfect for our family. The comfort of the beds was super impressive, and the fact that it had a washing machine was a game-changer! The location couldn't have been better, and we loved the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and having a flat-screen TV was an added bonus. The lift made it easy to move our luggage, and the express check-in/out made the process seamless. We were treated like VIPs! We also appreciated the cots available for our little ones and the fact that pets were allowed. And of course, the no-smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air. this was the best place we stayed during our trip, and we will definitely be coming back!

I keep coming back for a reason. The staff found my lost ring. They have Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV. The place suits me perfectly. See you for Christmas!
